POSTAGE AND PACKING

Regrettably we currently do not ship to Europe or the United States.

Shipping is calculated on the size and weight of your order.

Delivery to UK start at £2.90 for large letter and £4.00 for a small parcel . All items are sent Royal Mail tracked 48hrs.

The rest of the world shipping starts at £22.00 for a small parcel sent Royal Mail tracked. All duties and tariffs implemented by customs to countries outside the UK are the responsiblity of the customer.

DELIVERY TIMES

We will dispatch your order within 3 working days, so please allow 7 to 10 working days for your parcel to reach you. If in the unlikely situation that your item is not in stock we will contact you immediately and ask whether or not you’d like us to cancel the order, dispatch a similar alternative or wait until the item is back in stock.

GIFT WRAPPING

We can gift wrap for you and add a handwritten message.  Simply write your gift message, indicate your preferred gift wrap colour (for choices, click here) in brackets - both are optional - and we will do the rest.  For example:

Happy Birthday sis!  I hope this is to your taste! ;)
