Returns and Refunds
We do accept returns.
You need to notifiy us within 14 days of receiving your items that you want to return some or all. Do this by replying to your order confirmation, stating what items you would like to return. Please return to Peerie Shop, Esplanade, Lerwick, Shetland ZE1 0LL.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless item is faulty or in-correct.
Items must be returned within the 14 days from notifying us. You are responsible for the cost of return postage, items must arrive back to us in their original condition and packaging.
We will refund within 14 days of receiving the items.
If there is any faults with your item please get in touch within 3 days of receiving them and we will resolve the issue. Contact us on sales@peerieshop.co.uk.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
